Consulting with the art director, staff artists or the publications coordinator about your job is the best way to achieve the publication that best puts your ideas and suggestions into action while staying within your budget and meeting your deadline. In almost all cases, you will be involved from concept to the final design. Communicating with the Office of Public Affairs publications staff about your specific ideas during the process is crucial. This helps give the staff clear ideas on your needs and provides you with preliminary review of proposed designs.
